ACTS Housing
ACTS makes it possible for low income families to become home owners. They provide financial counseling, real estate brokerage, rehab expertise, and through ACTS Lending, Inc., rehab loans, so that low income families can viably purchase a home and make it safe and livable. ACTS provides all these services through local churches in three target neighborhoods.

United Community Center
UCC hosts monthly Free Homebuyer Seminars that educate attendees on the process of buying a home. These sessions are great place to start if you are buying your first home. UCC’s two-part education series is offered in English and Spanish and provides you with opportunity to learn the overall process of buying a home, gets you pre-qualified for a mortgage loan, educates you on available grants and earns you a Homebuyer certificate.
